Make sure you use 8 ½ by 11-inch paper and that any erasable paper is not being used. The paper numbers should be inserted on upper right-hand corner of each page. The double spaced lines on each page is a must. The author’s last name needs to be mentioned first and then you should add the title and the page numbers. The year of publication of the work you have referred should also find a place here in between.
